Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a seasoned field supervisor to manage field office personnel, logistics, equipment, vehicle maintenance and project costs. You will oversee audits of time entries, assist with large loss events, and coordinate with estimators and project managers to maintain customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in restoration, construction and safety planning, with a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed and travel periodically.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' superintendent experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction on commercial/industrial projects.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy.
• Experience with site-specific safety plans.
• Proficient with restoration industry management systems (as listed) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, employees and insurance companies.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects of varying complexities.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants and others.
• Meet with estimators and project managers to ensure accuracy and maintain contact with customers.
• Visit job sites to ensure quality and schedule daily work orders.
• Oversee safety plans and ensure necessary permits are obtained.
• Oversee all moisture mapping for water losses and coordinate after-hours emergencies.
