Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an entry-level Superintendent to supervise residential and light commercial work within our restoration construction tracks. You will coordinate crews, review plans, and ensure work is completed on time and on budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires completing BELFOR training, operating a Hi-Lo forklift, and adhering to safety standards. Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD designation for Water Damage work is required.
• New Hire Coursework with BELFOR must be completed.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Know program requirements for TPA work and manage estimates and budgets.
• Understand scope, schedule work, and ensure safety and quality control.
• Develop core project management skills: time, budget, scheduling, site supervision, communication.
• Advance knowledge of current restoration and construction practices.
• Document progress and notify managers of issues.
• Provide field documentation, photos, graphs, and sketches for projects.
• Perform skills from prior BELFOR intermediate roles as needed.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance checks.
• Meet BELFOR standards for safeguarding property and customer service.
• Work under time constraints and be willing to travel.
