Job summary

BELFOR USA seeks an entry-level Project Superintendent to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate tasks, review blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining client communication.

Qualifications

Supervise residential and light commercial projects.
Complete BELFOR required New Hire Coursework.
Read blueprints and manage up to $150K projects.
Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Must be able to travel and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Know program requirements, Xactimate estimates and budgets.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors.
Develop core project management capabilities: time management, scheduling, safety, documentation, change orders.
Advance knowledge of current and past construction practices.
Review daily project requirements and report progress to managers.
Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for TPA projects.
Perform skills related to Intermediate Fire/Water/Carpentry roles.
Daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.
Meet BELFOR Standards for safeguarding client property.
Work under time constraints to meet timelines.
Attend BELFOR safety training courses.
