Job summary

Dayspring Restoration LLC in Butte, MT seeks a General Manager to own branch performance, including P&L, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will lead restoration and reconstruction teams, manage budgets, and shape growth with autonomy in a 24/7 emergency services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; relevant industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in reconstruction, construction, or restoration.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage budgets/P&L.

• Build a network of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Design operations capable of 24/7 emergency response and off-hours work.
• Lead change positively and drive talent development for future leaders.
• Oversee office administration, policies, and procurement.
• Contribute to company growth and maturation.
