Job summary

Dayspring Restoration seeks a General Manager in Butte, MT to lead branch performance, P&L, and customer satisfaction in a 24/7 emergency services environment. You’ll oversee restoration and reconstruction projects, build subcontractor networks, and drive profitability with autonomy and strategic influence.

The role emphasizes leading teams, managing budgets, and shaping culture while expanding operations across the Montana locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand medium-complexity financial and operations reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Proficient with mobile technology.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with T&M billing and Xactimate.
• Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check in accordance with company policies.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policies.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen in accordance with company policies.

• Design operations capable of handling work outside of normal hours, such as on-call and catastrophe support.

• Manage various office administration functions and policies.
• Contribute to growth and maturation of the company as a whole.
