The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business and 5+ years in insurance or restoration, with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or restoration industry.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Proficient with payroll/timekeeping software and basic computer programs.
• Knowledge of BELFOR products, services, and procedures.
• Familiarity with federal and local codes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire office and field staff.
• Provide leadership for employee relations through coaching and development.
• Ensure staff training in BELFOR practices and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Supervise estimators, project managers, administrators, asset managers, and sales/marketing efforts.
• Monitor workflow for efficient task completion.
• Attend marketing events to generate leads and visibility.
• Address customer complaints and determine resolutions.
