Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in restoration/construction on commercial/industrial projects.
• Proficient with restoration industry management systems.
• Experience with hazardous materials and OSHA/lead paint knowledge preferred.
• Valid EPA Lead RRP Certified Renovator license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field restoration personnel and oversee time entries and time off requests.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sites.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, and inspectors.
• Ensure safety, permits, and compliance; oversee moisture mapping and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain quality, budget, and customer satisfaction; communicate with customers and subcontractors.
• Attend safety training and promote BELFOR operations.
