Job summary

SRM/Restore is seeking a Restoration Specialist to lead field operations for fire, water and mold cleanup in large loss projects. You will follow safety procedures, manage temporary laborers, and ensure all field paperwork is completed accurately.

Responsibilities include restoring spaces, documenting progress with photos, and coordinating with project managers. A strong emphasis on PPE compliance, on-call readiness, and physically demanding shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid State Driver’s License and be able to obtain Class E license within 30 days of hire.
• DOT regulations compliance preferred and ability to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Attend morning meetings and review shift assignments.
• Prepare trucks, equipment and PPE for daily operations.
• Perform water, fire, smoke restoration and mold remediation as directed.
• Load/unload equipment and contents, conduct decontamination and debris removal.
• Document progress with photos and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Operate restoration equipment and monitor moisture mapping.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with temporary laborers and communicate issues to PM/APM.
