Job summary

LIBERTY RESTORATION GROUP INC is hiring a Restoration Specialist to perform fire, mold, water cleanup and large-loss restoration. The role requires teamwork, PPE discipline, and the ability to manage a team of temporary laborers under supervision.

You will document field activities, operate restoration equipment, and ensure safety standards while delivering world-class service to clients on large loss projects.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug testing and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• On-call 24/7 and 365 days a year.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor and participate in daily kickoff meetings.
• Load/unload equipment, decontaminate gear, and document progress with photos.
• Perform water/fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning as directed.
• Operate airflow equipment and moisture mapping; maintain inventory and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with temporary laborers and maintain world-class service standards.
