Job summary

SRM/Restore seeks a Restoration Specialist to perform fire, mold, and water cleanup for Large Loss projects. You will lead a team of technicians and temporary laborers, ensure PPE and safety protocols, and document progress with Restore365 and related tools.

The role requires strong communication and reliable field execution. You will report to the Project Manager or Operations Coordinator, participate in daily briefings, and coordinate with management to deliver world-class service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage and supervise temporary laborers and technicians.
• Ability to complete field paperwork fully and legibly.
• Strong safety compliance and PPE discipline.
• Able to operate restoration equipment and document progress.
• Ability to work long shifts and adapt to field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend morning meetings and confirm shift tasks.
• Prepare vehicles, equipment, and PPE for each job.
• Drive to worksites in company vehicles and ensure safety.
• Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration tasks as directed.
• Moisture mapping, dehumidification, and equipment setup/teardown.
• Document progress with photos and update tracking systems.
• Coordinate with APM/PM on issues and job requirements.
