Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a hands-on Restoration Foreman to join our growing team. As a Lead Restoration Foreman, you will work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by water, fire, mold, or other causes.

You will remove and demolish non-restoreable materials, extract standing water, move and store equipment, and ensure job-site safety while executing the restoration action plan.

Qualifications

• Proven restoration experience including water, fire, and mold remediation preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT/FSRT) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Xactimate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites.
• Extract standing water when needed.
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans.
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, including debris removal.
• Maintain job-site safety and communicate workflow with Supervisors.
