SERVPRO of Greater Haverhill, Danvers, and Stoneham is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure premier service. You will oversee technicians, manage production timelines, and maintain safety and quality on each project.

The role emphasizes effective communication, hands-on oversight, and a commitment to helping clients recover from fire and water damage. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and climb.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure safety of occupants and workers.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
