SERVPRO - South & East Stark County is seeking a dedicated Restoration Field Supervisor to lead a small team on job sites in Ohio. You will oversee 1-4 technicians, perform water extraction, cleanup, and set up equipment to restore properties after damage.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in restoration, strong communication, and a driver’s license. The role requires occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency response, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restoration experience.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform demolition.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 1-4 restoration technicians on job sites
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Monitor and adjust air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and other restoration equipment
• Complete moisture mapping, daily logs, photo documentation, and scope notes
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed
• Coordinate job progress with the office, estimators, and project managers
• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Train technicians on proper procedures, equipment use, and safety practices
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Track equipment, materials, and supplies for each project
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
• Drive company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record
