SERVPRO is seeking a Construction Supervisor to coordinate production processes, supervise restoration technicians, and ensure quality on assigned projects. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and accurate project documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage labor and consumables, communicate with project managers, and uphold safety and quality standards. This position offers growth within a nationwide franchise network and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Conoscenze

Driver's license

High school diploma

Experience in restoration/construction

IICRC certification (plus)
