Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (Residential Account Manager) to guide homeowners through the restoration journey from estimates to project completion. This in-office role is based out of Sparks/Glencoe, MD, focusing on exceptional customer experiences and proactive communication throughout the process.

You will deliver estimates, coordinate with production teams, and follow up to convert opportunities into sold projects while maintaining strong relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion.
• Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners.
• Follow up with customers and help convert opportunities into sold projects.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting.
• Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication.
• Resolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company.
• Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
• Build long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences.
