SERVPRO Team Wall in Sparks/Glencoe, MD, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator (Residential Account Manager) to be the primary contact for customers through their restoration journey. You’ll deliver estimates, coordinate with production teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion.
Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners.
Follow up with customers and help convert opportunities into sold projects.
Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting.
Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication.
Resolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company.
Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
Build long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences.
