Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate production processes, monitor quality, and ensure a positive customer experience on restoration projects. You will lead a team of technicians and manage safety while documenting detailed job files.

A valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction are preferred; IICRC certification is a plus. This role emphasizes strong communication and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control

• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
