SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and ensure top-tier customer service. This role coordinates field activities, supervises technicians, and maintains quality control on site.

The ideal candidate has experience in restoration or construction, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety. On-site work with potential on-call responsibilities supports our mission to help clients quickly and confidently after losses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production activities as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer experience and online reviews; ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their work.
• Document detailed and accurate job files for services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects.
• Coordinate progress with project manager and office staff.

Job Description

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
