Job summary

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking a dedicated Crew Chief to supervise restoration projects and ensure we deliver the ‘Like it never even happened’ results. You will manage job flow, coordinate requirements, document work, and lead Production Technicians on site.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to travel locally or out of state. IICRC certifications are preferred, and experience in cleaning/restoration helps.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• High school diploma or GED required; IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed.
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise Production Technicians and their activities.
• Perform production processes, ensure quality control, and manage job files.
• Identify safety hazards and enforce safety measures on site.
• Manage and control costs of production projects.
• Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on checks.
