Job summary

SERVPRO of Portland is seeking a Construction/Restoration Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, coordinating with residential and commercial customers and insurance adjusters. This frontline role leads teams to operational excellence and ensures proper billing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors.
• Review job-site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
• Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
