Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, business development, and sales in restoration or construction.
• Experience estimating and closing restoration projects.
• Strong negotiation and CRM/tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
• Sell all BluSky services and convert opportunities into sales.
• Track and measure sales in CRM and tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
