BluSky Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from kickoff to completion. You will manage site personnel, budgets, safety, and vendor coordination to deliver results for clients after emergencies.

This role offers a starting base salary with commission potential, a vehicle allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work closely with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure work is properly contracted/subcontracted; manage costs and budgets.
• Track revenue, margins, and change orders; report performance.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call rotations and client communications.
