Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a Project Director in California with a strong background in restoration sales and project management. You will estimate, close sales, and manage restoration projects, coordinating with owners, managers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role features a base salary range of $70,000–$100,000 with uncapped commission potential and a total compensation opportunity that can surpass six figures depending on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, business development and sales experience in restoration or construction.
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• OSHA 10/30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and close the sale of restoration projects.
• Develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
• Coordinate with owners and managers across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties.
• Serve as the project lead to ensure budgets and timelines are met through completion.
