BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating site personnel, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and quality.

Starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $105,000 with commission potential of $30,000 to $60,000, plus a vehicle allowance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted and subcontracted.
• Record and maintain all project costs on budget worksheets.
• Meet or improve revenue and profit margin goals.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Track change orders and budget updates.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
