BluSky Restoration is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of restoration and reconstruction projects, focusing on customer service, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. The role requires coordinating vendors, managing costs, and reporting financials while ensuring safety compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Skilled in construction PM, financials, processes and administration.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, driving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure proper contracting and subcontracting of work.
• Track and manage all project costs on budget worksheets.
• Meet or improve revenue and profit margins per BluSky targets.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call rotations.
• Track change orders and updates to budgets.
• All other duties as assigned.
