BELFOR Marlborough, MA is seeking a Project Manager with restoration and construction focus to lead large projects and regional/national responses. You will manage scope, schedule, safety, and quality, while coordinating with estimators and vendors.

This role requires strong customer service, documentation, and leadership on multi-project crews. Responsibilities include budgeting, changing orders, and ensuring timely completion.

• Restoration focus: direct small crews and supervise projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all BELFOR service lines.
• Construction track: manage scope, schedule, and safety, ensuring quality control.
• Establish core project management capabilities including time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for projects.
• Qualify vendors and supervise subcontractors; manage rate and material projects.
• Ensure BELFOR invoicing documentation is accurate and complete.
• Meet BELFOR standards in safeguarding property and maintain customer service excellence.
• Attend BELFOR training courses as required.
