Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and construction initiatives in the Springfield, Oregon area. You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with estimators and clients.

You’ll oversee projects over $1M, develop restoration plans, and mentor junior team members. This role requires travel, occasional night/weekends, and a commitment to BELFOR standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Assist other PM and Senior PMs and volunteer for CAT duty as possible.
• Advance knowledge of technical services (Restoration track) and building codes/regulations.
• Serve as role models for Superintendents.
• Sell and upgrading additional services on assigned project.
• Communicate daily with Estimators on status of project, adjustments to timelines, or issues.
• Continually improve core project management skills.
• Complete projects on time and on budget with documented customer satisfaction.
• Construction focus: plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work.
• Read blueprints.
• Responsible for projects exceeding $1M (construction/restoration).
• Understand and adhere to local building codes and regulatory agencies.
• Direct small crews of BELFOR personnel in restoration focus.
• Manage large crews and projects through crew leaders and assistants.
• Manage and document rate/material projects and restoration plans.

Responsibilities

• Understand BELFOR service lines and manage construction scope, safety, and quality.
• Schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality control.
• Develop core project management capabilities: time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, change orders.
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for projects.
• Capable of managing fixed bid and rate/material projects.
• Maintain vehicle safety and keep equipment in good condition.
• Meet BELFOR standards and safeguard property.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Attend BELFOR training courses as required.
