Job summary

iicrc-careers is seeking an experienced General Contractor to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes strong subcontractor relationships, field experience, and effective communication with homeowners and teams.

You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with production, monitor progress, and ensure quality and timely completion. Xactimate knowledge is preferred; training available.

Qualifications

• Xactimate experience preferred but can train.
• Project management experience is required.
• Experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, construction, property claims, or repair estimating is strongly preferred.
• Experience with condominium, multifamily, commercial, or property management-related work is a plus.
• TPA or insurance program experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
