Job summary

iicrc is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from estimating through execution, ensuring revenue growth and profit.

The role requires overseeing complex projects, managing schedules, coordinating labor and subcontractors, and maintaining strict cost controls to protect margins. Strong client and carrier relations, plus field leadership, are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to assess scope of loss and construction requirements.
• Develop detailed reconstruction estimates using Xactimate in accordance with carrier guidelines.
• Review and refine scopes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and profitability.
• Identify and capture change orders and supplemental opportunities.
• Manage estimate revisions based on carrier feedback.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise during client meetings.
• Ensure projects are bid and contracted at margins aligned with company targets.
