Job summary

PuroSystems LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced General Contractor/Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor budgets, and ensure quality while communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Xactimate experience preferred; training available.
• Project management experience required.
• Experience in insurance restoration, reconstruction, property claims or repair estimating strongly preferred.
• Experience with condominium, multifamily, commercial, or property management-related work a plus.
• TPA or insurance program experience a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
