Job description

This restoration company is looking for premier candidates to fill their open position of Business Development Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Business Development Manager with extended experience in either commercial or residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements :

  1. 3-5+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience (restoration background preferred)
  2. High School Diploma-GED / Associates / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
  4. IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
  5. Background in reconstruction / mitigation
  6. Highly motivated and proactive
  7. Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  8. Willing to travel
  9. Book of business
  10. Able to generate a minimum of $1,000,000 annually
