Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager in Walker, MI to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture across one restaurant zone. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with customer interactions and varied temperatures across inside and outside settings.

The role emphasizes enforcing policies, directing crewmembers, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting recognition programs while maintaining high customer service

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or advanced crew experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Manage assigned zone according to operations and safety standards.
• Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Support execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
