Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service
• Enforces policies and standards; maintains cleanliness and facility condition
• Utilizes logs and tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
• Supports reward and recognition programs for crewmembers and approves manager-level actions
