Job summary

Raising Cane's is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone, upholding our standards and culture. This full-time, hourly role involves leading a fast-paced team in a busy kitchen environment with varying temperatures and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
