KFC in West Meade, Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team and delivering great guest experiences.

You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, and play a key role in P&L, labor, inventory and food safety while providing strong leadership in the RGM's absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and labor management.
• Champion KFC’s culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion and belonging.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring Team Members to build a diverse team.
• Maintain cash control, inventory and labor management to optimize performance.
