Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service, or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Shift management: coordinate shift managers and staff, schedule shifts, deploy team.
• Customer service: ensure positive dining experience and assist in escalated situations.
• Employee management: supervise, train, and develop staff; address performance issues.
• Food safety: maintain a safe, clean environment and strong food safety practices.
• Inventory management: monitor inventory and enforce policies.
• Financial accountability: optimize profit and control costs.
