Job summary

KFC in West Meade, Tennessee is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team and delivering great guest experiences.

You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, and play a key role in P&L, labor, inventory and food safety while providing strong leadership in the RGM's absence.

Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
