Qualifications

• Experience with P&L, cash control, inventory and labor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team.
• Lead daily operations in the RGM's absence and make key decisions.
• Coach and recognize team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members.
• Maintain food safety standards and health and safety compliance.
• Participate in Profit & Loss management and cash handling.
