Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Leader in Training to join our restaurant leadership team and oversee Operations, Training, HR, and more. You will own area processes, drive strategy with the Director Team, and develop strong leaders to meet performance metrics.

You will ensure proper documentation of systems, uphold Food Quality, Safety, and Guest Experience, and explore new ways to improve operations while maintaining a positive work environment for guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Fully own area processes, results, and staffing.
• Set strategy for operational systems and processes with the Director Team.
• Develop strong leaders in the restaurant.
• Lead the team toward achieving performance metrics.
• Manage and document area systems and guidelines.
• Drive brand standards for Food Quality, Safety, Guest Experience, and metrics.
• Explore and implement new ways to improve operations.
• Create a positive restaurant environment for guests and team.
• Allocate cleaning and maintenance tasks daily/weekly/monthly.
• Analyze and influence business results: CEM, Food Cost, Labor Cost, Net Profit.
• Prepare for all 3rd party audits; anticipate long-term issues.
• Support leaders with coverage for time off; attend leadership meetings.
