Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Monitor inventory and assist with cash handling procedures.
• Develop staff through managerial and professional development.
• Prepare paperwork, forms and reports in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Support operations to maintain clean, safe, and efficient restaurant.
• Address guest feedback and take corrective actions as needed.
