Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a training-focused restaurant team member coach in Lunenburg, MA. You will train and mentor crew on daily responsibilities while upholding Brand standards and food safety protocols.

You will lead onboarding, facilitate required trainings via Brand and franchise tools, and support smooth product rollouts. Clear communication with staff and leadership is essential to model excellence in guest service and team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience training restaurant staff to meet Brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Ability to assess training gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
