Job summary

Dunkin' Cadette/Nadreau Network is seeking a dedicated trainer and role model for our restaurant teams in Massachusetts. You will train and coach team members on their roles, ensuring adherence to Brand and food safety standards, and lead onboarding using Brand and franchisee tools.

This role emphasizes clear communication with team members and managers, enabling smooth new product rollouts and delivering outstanding guest service through hands-on coaching and exemplifying best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience training restaurant staff and ensuring completion of required training.
• Ability to onboard new team members using Brand/franchisee tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills with restaurant teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
