Job summary

Dunkin' Cadette/Nadreau Network is seeking a Training and Onboarding Specialist to elevate team performance at our Westminster, MA location. You will train and coach restaurant staff to adhere to Brand and food safety standards, and coordinate onboarding using brand tools and systems.

You will help implement new product rollouts, communicate clearly with managers, and model exceptional guest service to drive consistency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience training restaurant teams and coaching to brand standards.
• Familiarity with brand and restaurant safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on roles and responsibilities and ensure they meet Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team members using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
