Job summary

Dunkin' in the United States is seeking a Training Coach to develop and coach restaurant teams to meet Brand and food safety standards. You will train team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee tools, and help onboard new hires using those systems.

You will also ensure the team can execute new product rollouts, communicate clearly with staff and managers, serve as a role model, and coach colleagues to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Train restaurant team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
• Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
• Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
• Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
• Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
