Job summary

NGP Management Dunkin' is hiring Crew Trainers to manage onboarding for new crew in the Reading area. You will guide orientation, complete onboarding paperwork, and ensure trainees grasp handbook policies and store standards. You’ll train across Dunkin' programs and tailor paths for those with previous Dunkin' experience, tracking progress with Managers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with the Training Manager to uphold store training standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all orientations for new hires within your district.
• Assist new hires with onboarding paperwork.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and within guidelines.
• Ensure new hires understand onboarding information including the Employee Handbook.
• Demonstrate knowledge of crew positions, standards, and service times.
• Introduce new employees to e-learning and training programs.
• Train new crew with Dunkin and NGP Training programs.
• Work with experienced employees to tailor training paths.
• Monitor course completion and communicate progress to Managers.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to maintain training standards.
