Job summary

Pei Wei is seeking a Senior Restaurant Technology Administrator to partner with the Technology Manager across Pei Wei, Pei Wei Express, Pick Up Stix, and Leeann Chin brands. You will own technology work, drive change, and ensure service outcomes meet high quality across projects and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in restaurant tech, NCR Aloha expertise, and strong communication and documentation skills to manage risk and deliver reliable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in IT/CS preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years supporting restaurant tech in multi-unit or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on NCR Aloha POS administration and related systems experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant business systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint, identity, and device management platforms.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and documentation in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer NCR Aloha POS and related restaurant tech platforms with ownership.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support configuration changes and releases.
• Support openings, remodels, conversions, and brand initiatives with readiness coordination.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation notes.
• Maintain processes, runbooks, and support docs to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and Technology Manager to deliver outcomes.
• Administer and support Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, networking, and cloud-based systems as needed.
