Job summary

Checkers & Rally's Tampa is seeking a Restaurant Technology Specialist to manage Aloha POS menu configurations, pricing changes, and promotions across all locations. You will support RTI Back Office and ensure accurate deployment of menu updates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include governance, testing, incident response, and collaboration with Operations, Marketing and Finance to optimize restaurant tech deployments for over 770 locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Systems, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Aloha POS menu database and pricing.
• Manage RTI Back Office configurations and user access.
• Coordinate menu deployments, tests, and change records.
• Provide technical support during deployments and promotions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
