Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Restaurant Systems Manager to implement and optimize shop technology systems. This role involves overseeing critical systems like POS and KDS, managing vendor relationships, troubleshooting issues, and providing training. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in POS systems in restaurants, strong technical skills, and a Bachelor's in a related field. This position will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across franchises.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of POS experience in a restaurant environment.
• Hands-on front-of-house POS implementation experience.
• Experience working with POS systems like NCR, Toast, Brink, and PAR.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance, data security, and IT best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of shop technology platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and service level agreements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Develop standard operating procedures for system use and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical training and support for Franchise Owners and Company Owned Shops.
