Job summary

Taco Cabana Support Center is seeking a Restaurant Technology & Systems Analyst to support, troubleshoot, and improve the technology that runs our restaurants and corporate locations. This role bridges restaurant operations with IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will handle POS, back‑office, digital ordering, KDS, and payment systems, while maintaining secure networks and PCI DSS compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT systems support or related role.
• Experience in multi-location environments, preferably restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other distributed businesses.
• Working knowledge of: POS systems, Windows environments, TCP/IP networking, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, Wireless networking, Firewalls, VPNs, Endpoint security.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and PCI DSS requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with documentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for restaurant technology incidents across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, hardware, network, infrastructure, and security layers.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, configurations, and deployments.
• Assist with testing and rollout of new restaurant technology.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting standards.
• Work with vendors and MSPs to resolve incidents and ensure SLAs.
