Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Tampa, FL seeks a Restaurant Technology Specialist to manage POS menu data in the Aloha system and maintain RTI Back Office operations. You’ll coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and menu configurations across all locations.

The ideal candidate has a tech-backed background, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting 770+ locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Systems, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with POS menu programming and configuration.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience with BOH configuration.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of POS menu database and implement changes.
• Manage menu deployment, pricing changes, and promotions.
• Perform QA and validation of configurations and deployments.
• Provide restaurant tech support and incident management.
• Support RTI Back Office administration and reporting.
